Being the umbrella organization of retail payments in India, NPCI conceptualized and developed a single card that can be Adhaar-enabled, and suitable for UPI and ATM transactions. The idea was to support the “One Nation One Card” Initiative of Indian Government accelerating the big leap towards digital economy.

NPCI wanted to convey the utility of the RuPay card to its target audience for various day-to-day transactions. Hence explainer videos were their first choice and to give their idea a concrete picture, they wanted an impactful and informative animated video, that could be easily used to circulated on digital channels.
Having worked with NPCI for years, we knew exactly what they wanted. The idea of the video was simple, to cover every touch point of their target audience.
Hence, we were able to get concept approval on the very same day of our interaction with the NPCI team. The final video was delivered to NPCI within 5 days from the date of PO.
To keep the process simple and transparent, we follow best practices from Agile methodology of project management. The Agile team consists of Script Writer, Designer, Animator, and a Product Owner from the client side as the SPOC. The Product owner helps us with Subject Matter Expertise and approvals.
