PROBLEM STATEMENT

Being the umbrella organization of retail payments in India, NPCI wanted to conceptualize and develop BHIM UPI intent call feature in within BHIM UPI Platform.

The objective was to enhance the user’s online shopping or UPI payment experience by reducing their time spent on navigating through multiple interfaces for making payments.

They wanted to give their idea a concrete picture through an easy to understand video hence animation video was the obvious choice.

OUR SOLUTION

The resulting video was able to convey the brand purpose that was reflected by the increased transactions using the BHIM UPI.

Steps Taken

To keep the process simple and transparent, we follow best practices from Agile methodology of project management. The Agile team consists of Script Writer, Designer, Animator, and a Product Owner from the client side as the SPOC. The Product owner helps us with Subject Matter Expertise and approvals.
