Attention has become the new currency, and awareness is the first step towards gaining the sought after attention.  


Without awareness, how will you reach the very people you cater to or aim to help?


It’s no longer about creating just for the sake of creating. It is about creating to be seen, heard, and remembered. And that’s exactly what we did for an incredible nonprofit organization, The Nudge Institute.


The Nudge Institute: Driving Change in India


The Nudge Institute focuses on improving the livelihoods of India’s most vulnerable populations. With its vision set on addressing poverty, The Nudge works to provide sustainable livelihoods through collaborations across sectors. Their flagship event, Charcha, serves as a platform for thought leaders, social entrepreneurs, and policymakers to unite and discuss solutions for India's toughest challenges.


Charcha 2024, India’s largest annual collaborative convening, gathered a diverse group of visionaries from government, civil society, and markets to drive collaboration toward thriving livelihoods.

Our Role: Amplifying Charcha 2024's Impact


We were tasked with bringing Charcha 2024 to life through live event coverage and strategic branding. The goal was simple: ensure that the event reached the right audience, amplified its impact, and left a lasting impression.


Here’s how we helped make it happen:



Live Action Event Coverage

Our team provided end-to-end video production services for Charcha 2024, covering the entire event from pre-production through post-production. The process involved:


Pre-Production:

  • Client Consultation: We worked closely with The Nudge Institute to understand their event objectives, key sessions, and desired outcomes for the coverage.

  • Planning: A comprehensive coverage plan was developed, including schedules, shot lists, and crew assignments.

  • Logistics: Coordinating equipment, securing venue permissions, and ensuring all on-site requirements were met.


Production:

  • On-Site Coverage: We captured speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and networking sessions, ensuring every crucial moment was documented.

  • Interviews: We conducted on-the-spot interviews with speakers, attendees, and organizers to gather diverse perspectives and insights.

  • B-Roll Footage: We recorded ambient shots of the venue, audience engagement, and interactive exhibits to enrich the event’s narrative.


Post-Production:

  • Editing: We compiled the footage into thematic highlight reels and session summaries to showcase the event's key takeaways.

  • Graphics and Branding: Integrated event branding elements, speaker names, and key messages for a professional and cohesive presentation.

  • Distribution: Prepared and optimized the videos for sharing across multiple platforms, increasing visibility.



Branding and Logo Design

In addition to video production, we were also responsible for creating a cohesive brand identity for Charcha 2024, ensuring a strong, unified visual presence across all touchpoints. This included:


Logo Design & Event Branding:

  • Logo Design: A modern, adaptable logo that reflected the values of collaboration, dialogue, and progress, designed to be used year after year.

  • On-Site Branding: From stage backdrops to banners, signage, and nameplates, we made sure every aspect of the venue reflected the event’s mission and identity.

  • Digital Branding: Social media graphics, email templates, live stream overlays, and branded video assets were also created to reinforce the event’s visual identity online.



Outcome: A Unified, Impactful Presence


The combination of comprehensive video coverage and cohesive event branding helped amplify the reach of Charcha 2024, ensuring it resonated with the right audience. The powerful visual identity and engaging content not only enhanced engagement during the event but also laid a strong foundation for future editions of Charcha.


By creating awareness and capturing the essence of the event, we helped The Nudge Institute drive its message of collaboration and progress far beyond the event space, ensuring its impact was felt long after Charcha 2024 concluded.
